Burdasov’s puck brought Traktor victory over Avtomobilist in the KHL match
MOSCOW, September 16 – Chelyabinsk “Traktor” defeated Ekaterinburg “Avtomobilist” in the regular championship match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
The meeting in Chelyabinsk ended with a score of 2:1 (1:0, 1:0, 0:1) in favor of the hosts. Maxim Shabanov (1st minute) and Anton Burdasov (36) scored goals for the winners. Vladimir Kuznetsov (47) scored among the guests.
Traktor (9 points, 7 matches) is in third place in the Eastern Conference table. The Ekaterinburg team with the same number of points are one line lower.
In the next match, the Chelyabinsk club will host Togliatti’s Lada on September 18, and Avtomobilist will play away with Magnitogorsk Metallurg on the same day.
In another match of the day, Severstal Cherepovets beat Vityaz near Moscow with a score of 3:0.
