MOSCOW, July 27 – /strong>. The heavyweight of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), a native of Donetsk, Nikita Krylov, dedicated the victory over the Swedish MMA veteran Alexander Gustafsson to the residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Last weekend at the London tournament of the promotion of the Fight Night series, Krylov won by knockout in the very debut of the fight. As a result of the event, Shakhtar (the nickname of the athlete – ed. note) received a bonus of $50,000 for the best performance of the evening.

“I wanted to say this in the octagon, but emotions got in the way … I would like to thank my Donetsk team and all the guys who are there. I wanted to dedicate this victory, if it helps to cheer someone up, to all the guys who are now going through simple times, and to all families who are waiting for their people to go home,” the athlete said in his social networks.
