Ukrainian champion Bellator Amosov announced a return to MMA
MOSCOW, June 20 – /strong>. Ukrainian MMA fighter, Bellator welterweight world champion Yaroslav Amosov announced his imminent return to mixed martial arts.
In his social networks, the athlete posted a photo from a workout from the gym.
“I returned to the office. Soon I will return to the octagon,” the fighter signed.
Recall that at the professional level, Amosov won victories in all 26 fights. In June 2021, the fighter became the new Bellator Welterweight Champion by defeating Brazilian Douglas Lima via unanimous decision. In a fight with Page, he had to defend the title for the first time.
In March, it was reported that after the start of the military special operation of the Russian Federation, the fighter joined the territorial troops of Ukraine, refusing the first defense of the belt against Briton Michael Page.
