MOSCOW, 29 Aug – Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk wished Yelena Rybakina, a native of Moscow, who represents Kazakhstan, win at the US Open.

In the first round match of the tournament, Rybakina (4th seed) beat Kostyuk with a score of 6:2, 6:1. The meeting lasted 1 hour and 27 minutes.

In the second round match, Rybakina will play with Australian Ayla Tomlyanovich.

Rybakina is 24 years old. She is ranked fourth by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA). This season, she became the winner of the WTA 1000 tournaments in Indian Wells and Rome, and also reached the finals of the Australian Open and the Miami tournament.
