Ukrainian Molchanov – in the final of the ATP doubles tournament in Italy

The first racket of Ukraine in doubles Denis Molchanov will play in the title match of the ATP Challenger Tour competition in Parma (Italy) with a prize pool of €45,730.

In the semifinal match, the Ukrainian tennis player, together with Slovak Igor Zelenai, defeated the duo Diego Hidalgo/Cristian Rodriguez (Ecuador/Colombia) – 6:2, 3:6, 10:7, Ukrinform reports.

In the final, the Ukrainian-Slovak couple will face Italian Luciano Darderi and Brazilian Fernando Romboli.

Molchanov and Zelenay, who are competing together for the first time since July 2019, will fight for their 9th joint Challenger title in the current final. The Ukrainian can win the 34th ATP Challenger Tour doubles tournament.
