MOSCOW, 23 Jul – American Bernard Pera became the winner of the tennis tournament in Hamburg, Germany, the prize fund of which exceeds 200 thousand euros.
In the final, Pera defeated the first racket of the tournament Anett Kontaveit from Estonia with a score of 6:2, 6:4. Tennis players spent 1 hour and 14 minutes on the court.
Pera, ranked 81st by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), won the second WTA title of her career. The American celebrated her first victory last week, winning in Budapest.
